Setup times are usually fairly quick, however it can depend on expected traffic requirements.

We provide training for developers and moderators that you expect to use the system.

This is done as part of two two-hour sessions, which can be scheduled separately. The idea being that after the first session you have time to formulate questions and topics you may want us to focus on in the second session.

The developer and admin/moderator training is separate, purchased separately or together.

When you have your own Isolated Cloud you will get login credentials on your own domain name, for example "fastcomments.example.com".

From there you can invite moderators, manage tenants, and manage super admins.

FastComments Isolated Cloud means you also get dedicated access to the API. It will be available via a URI like https://fastcomments.example.com/api. For further details, see the API documentation.
