Spominjanja

Mentions, ili @mentions, je značajka FastCommentsa koja vam omogućuje putem automatskog dovršavanja pretraživanje korisnika koje želite označiti, a zatim im slanje obavijesti da su označeni.

When writing, or editing, a comment, simply type the @ symbol, and the start of the user's name.

Simply click the user's name you wish to tag.

Additionally, you can use the up and down arrow keys to navigate this list, and hit enter to select, or escape to leave.

We know that you may want to use the @ symbol without tagging a user. FastComments will detect this and not intrude on your typing experience.

Note that autocomplete first prefers case-sensitive matches, and then will also attempt to search for case-insensitive results.

Tagged users will receive an email letting them know that they have been tagged, or mentioned, in a comment.

Turning off notifications will prevent these emails, and a header is provided in every email so that email clients can let the user unsubscribe seamlessly.

Tagged users also get an in-app notification, even when they have no email address on file.

If the comment is waiting for moderator approval, the mention email is held and sent once the comment is approved. It is not sent if the comment is marked as spam, deleted, or not approved within 7 days.

@mentions automatsko dovršavanje radi tako da predlaže korisnička imena iz različitih izvora.

Korisnici prikazani u popisu za automatsko dovršavanje određeni su na temelju:

• Korisnici koji su komentirali na istoj stranici ili niti.
• Korisnici koji su kreirali svoje FastComments račune putem iste stranice.
• Moderatori trenutne stranice.
• SSO korisnici koji pripadaju trenutnom tenantu.

Automatsko dovršavanje za @mentions može se unaprijed popuniti korisnicima na vašoj platformi ili aplikaciji pomoću API.

Korištenjem API-ja moguće je popuniti i SSO i Tenant Users. Oba će se pojaviti u automatskom dovršavanju @mentions ovisno o konfiguraciji grupe.
